REGLAMENTO GENERAL

No se aceptarán inscripciones extemporáneas / Extemporaneous registrations will not be accepted.

Vestimenta: Puedes usar rashguards, lycras, mallas, todo lo que necesites para taparte del sol tanto para nadar como para el sup. / Clothing: You can use rashguards, lycra, leggins, everything you need to cover yourself from the sun both for swimming and for the sup.

Requisito obligatorio: gorra oficial del evento tanto en natación como en SUP. / Mandatory requirement: official cap of the event in both swimming and SUP.

Unicamente se otorgará medalla a los participantes que terminen la prueba y en contra entrega del chip. / A medal will only be awarded to participants who finish the competition and upon delivery of the chip.

Se pide a los participantes usar bloqueador biodegradable y no llevar botellas de plástico desechable al evento. Lleva tu termo para rellenar de agua, ¡No olvides tu goggles! / Participants are asked to use biodegradable sunscreen and not bring disposable plastic bottles to the event. Bring your thermos to fill with water, don't forget your goggles!

Uso obligatorio de seguridad. El participante debe traer su propia boya. / Mandatory use of personal and safety buoy.
